Sams (complete) + kāra (action)
The impression an action leaves behind.
A Samskāra is an unconscious imprint left behind by experience. Some arise from significant life events or acute stress. Others are shaped by childhood relationships, family dynamics, or inherited emotional patterns quietly passed down across generations.
Over time, repeated responses cut deep neural pathways, shaping your nervous system. Samskāra Rewiring is the process of changing an automatic reaction into a conscious, regulated response. It is the shift from inherited conditioning to embodied freedom.
Unique by design
This understanding underlines why every program is unique in design.
Karishma thoughtfully curates each session, practice, and inquiry to
align with your individual temperament, lifestyle, and evolving goals.
As new layers unfold, your practices adapt to help you thrive.
Recognise
Observe recurring emotional, behavioural, and physiological patterns without judgement and complete compassion through foundational grounding practices.
Internalise
Connecting with what the mind and body feel that leads to a pattern, for by creating a safe space for emotions and sensations to be experienced and understood.
Shift
Through yogic, somatic, and nervous system interventions the body develops conscious choice by rooting out unconscious repetition.
Embody
Lasting change is cultivated through repetition. Our practice-led approach leads you towards sustainable change.
Neurons that are wired together,
fire together.
“Insight opens the door.
Practice is how we
walk through it.”
Samskāras are etched into us over years and decades, a single breakthrough or moment of intellectual clarity cannot smoothen that in moments or days. Real structural change happens when the nervous system shifts its behaviour in everyday life. Through Abhyasa, or continuous practice, you achieve meaningful and lasting change. This steady repetition, deactivates the old reactive pathways, and sparks a new, conscious response at a cellular level.
Karishma’s care programs, called Pathways, are designed with the awareness that Samskāras resist change and need to be shifted to a new state of being. There are two pathways to choose from
Samskāra Pillars Pathway
-
7 to 21 sessions
-
2 to 6 months
-
Weekly 60-minute sessions focused on building emotional literacy
The Cellular Reset Pathway
-
6 to 12 months
-
For profound, root-cause transformation, this intensive mentorship pairs
-
weekly private sessions with daily 20-minute therapeutic check-ins to anchor new neural pathways right for long term
In some instances the duration of the Pathway can vary. For instance, children with younger samskāras need shorter engagements than grownups.
