Your body already knows the way home.
My work is to help you access them.
Karishma is a yogic wellbeing practitioner whose work bridges ancient wisdom and modern life. Her practice is grounded in applied yoga, psychology, and long-format emotional work, designed to help individuals build regulation, clarity, and inner strength over time.
With over 16 years of dedicated practice, Karishma works with clients across the world through a deeply personalised, practice-led approach. Her work is not about quick fixes but about learning how to live well, with steadiness, agency, and emotional literacy.
Her Approach
Karishma’s methodology brings together Eastern somatic practices and Western psychological frameworks. It draws from classical yogic psychology, where deep emotional imprints are understood as samskara, the patterns that shape perception, reaction, and identity over time.
Her work focuses on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and the ability to respond to life with clarity rather than reactivity. Change is cultivated through abhyasa, sustained disciplined practice, not momentary insight.
Through her sessions and her writing, Karishma empowers individuals to practise their way into resilience, presence, and grounded living. The foundation of the space she holds is karuna: compassion as strength, not indulgence.
