Rise

Neurons that are wired together, fire together.

The RISE Method

Recognise

Observe recurring emotional, behavioural, and physiological patterns without judgement and complete compassion through foundational grounding practices.

Internalise

Connecting with what the mind and body feel that leads to a pattern, by creating a safe space for emotions and sensations to be experienced and understood.

Shift

Through yogic, somatic, and nervous system interventions the body develops conscious choice by rooting out unconscious repetition.

Embody

Lasting change is cultivated through repetition. Our practice-led approach leads you towards sustainable change.

RISE explained

Over time, repeated thoughts and emotional responses reinforce neural pathways, making reactions automatic. The Samskāra Rewiring sessions work towards interrupting these automatic loops using the pioneering RISE Method:

Recognise

Seeing the recurring pattern without judgment and with complete compassion. You begin to notice the habit or trigger without becoming the pattern itself.

Internalise

Connecting safely with what the body is experiencing beneath the surface—such as physical tension, breath disruptions, or visceral sensations—rather than suppressing or reacting automatically.

Shift

Interrupting the old stress loop by offering the body a direct, physical experience of safety. This is achieved through personalised yogic and somatic interventions, including:

Prāṇāyāma (breathwork) to regulate the autonomic nervous system.

Āsana (conscious movement) to restore body awareness.

Dhyāna (meditation) to strengthen observation and focus.

Yoga Nidra to access deep parasympathetic repair.

Mantras, Nyāsas, and Mudrās to interrupt repetitive mental loops and settle energy.

Embody

Practicing these new responses consistently through sustained effort (abhyāsa) until they become second nature. Over time, the old neural pathway deactivates, and a new, healthy Samskāra is birthed into daily life.
