Work that goes deep, stays steady, and respects your pace

Services offered

Services are delivered through curated 6 or 12-month engagements (or 14 or 21 individual sessions).

This ensures depth, accountability, and sustained transformation. Every client begins with a defined 12 or 21 session block (14 or 21) to establish foundation and direction. The pace may be intensive or steady, but the structure remains intentional. Transformation here relies on abhyasa (sustained, disciplined practice over time) rather than sporadic effort. Each engagement is tailored and may include individual mentoring, couple work, family legacy conversations, or stabilisation during periods of crisis.

Individual
Mentorship

A steady partnership for sustained self-understanding and leadership of your life. Typical focus areas include mapping reactive patterns, identity and direction, burnout, overwhelm, and self-leadership.

Couples
Work

A structured space for clarity and repair. Focus areas include mapping communication patterns, identifying emotional needs, rebuilding trust and intimacy, and navigating conflict cycles or shared goals.

Family &
Legacy Work

Support for families dealing with inherited roles, boundaries, succession, and intergenerational patterns. Sessions are designed to create emotional safety and practical pathways for change.

Crisis
Support

A high-attention pathway for acute emotional strain that stabilises, grounds, and creates immediate safety.

Children &
Adolescent Mentoring

A supportive pathway that helps young hearts and minds build emotional regulation, resilience, and practical grounding tools for their emotional and developmental needs.

How we engage

Services are offered as private pathways of 6 or 12 months. This duration allows for continuity, rigorous practice, and real structural change. Each pathway is personalised and may include one-to-one mentoring, couple work, family legacy work, or crisis stabilisation.

1

Long-Term Care

Real change resists shortcuts. The practice is built around sustained attention to deep-seated patterns, not temporary relief.

2

Intake Conversation

A private, unhurried call to understand what you are navigating, what you are hoping for, and whether this work is a good fit for where you are now.

3

Personal Plan

A bespoke structure outlining session cadence, practice prescriptions, and the specific tools that suit your life and goals.

4

Deep Work

Regular sessions drawing on somatic work, breathwork, and reflection to identify and gradually reshape the patterns, the samskara, that are running your responses.

5

Integration

Practices to anchor new ways of being into daily life. The work does not end when the session does.

6

Continued Support

Optional follow-up to maintain what has been built and deepen the practice over time.
