Ancient Practices. Modern Neuroscience. Holistic Therapy.

My work is to help you access them.

With over 16 years of dedicated practice, Karishma works with clients across the world through a deeply personalised, practice-led approach. Her work is not about quick fixes, but about helping people cultivate emotional literacy, inner steadiness, and the agency to live with greater awareness and freedom.

Every intervention is radically personalised because no two nervous systems—and no two life journeys—are the same.

The goal is not simply to understand why a pattern exists.

The goal is to transform it.

How We Work: Samskāra Rewiring: The RISE Methodology

Our work begins with a simple but transformative question:

Why did the nervous system learn this pattern in the first place?

Patterns have Purpose.

Whether it is anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, perfectionism, burnout, compulsive behaviours, or a persistent feeling of being stuck, every pattern once served a purpose. Instead of managing symptoms alone, we seek to understand the deeper imprint that created them.

In yogic psychology, these deeply embedded emotional and behavioural imprints are known as Samskāras—the unconscious patterns that shape how we perceive, react, relate, and ultimately become.

Transformation happens through Abhyāsa: sustained, intentional practice that gently rewires these patterns over time. Rather than asking clients to simply think differently, the work helps the body, at a cellular level,  learn a new way of being. Practices are radically curated to an individual’s bio-psycho-neural pathways.

The RISE Methodology: Samskāra Rewiring

Every therapeutic journey is guided by our RISE framework:

Recognise

Obseerve? recurring emotional, behavioural, and physiological patterns without judgement and complete compassion (foundational grounding practices will ensure this).

Internalise

Understand what the mind and body are experiencing beneath the surface/patterns?. Rather than suppressing discomfort or reacting automatically, we create enough safety for emotions and sensations to be experienced, understood, and integrated.

Shift

Through personalised yogic, somatic, and nervous system interventions/practices?, the body is offered a new experience. Instead of stress, it learns safety. Instead of compulsion, it discovers regulation. Instead of unconscious repetition, it develops conscious choice. This is where physiological and psychological transformation begins.

Embody

Practise these new responses consistently until they become your natural way of relating to yourself and the world. Lasting change is cultivated through repetition, not willpower. Through this practice-led approach, clients are not taught to cope with life—they are empowered to relate to it with greater awareness, steadiness, resilience, and agency. The goal is not temporary relief, but a way of living that is deeply embodied and sustainable.
