The pattern isn’t your personality. It’s what was never unlearned.

A lived therapeutic experience

Karishma provides a grounded space to slow down and tell the truth. Through mentorship that adapts to your life and pace, the work offers a clearer map of your patterns, what yogic psychology knows as samskara, and the practical skills to regulate and reshape them. Her approach is informed by ongoing study and lived practice of the Yoga Sutra, held not as historical scripture but as a precise psychological text.

Rigorous practice. Sustainable change.

The approach

Karishma's methodology is a long-format, practice-led approach to emotional and inner work. It blends somatic awareness, narrative inquiry, and everyday ritual to build emotional literacy, regulation, and self-trust over time.

The work

The work is goal-oriented and deeply personalised, focusing on consistent practice rather than insight alone. Clients are supported to understand their emotional patterns, body responses, and conditioning, and to develop practical tools they can apply independently.

The foundation

The emphasis is on compassionate engagement, sustained commitment, and measurable inner stability rather than quick fixes or dependency. Transformation here relies on abhyasa: consistent, disciplined practice. Not episodic insight.

A protected professional space

Confidentiality is central. Clients follow a clear confidentiality agreement, and the practice operates within a defined scope. This is not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care, and referrals are made when appropriate. Availability and communication protocols are transparent to avoid dependence.
